Glitter Leaf Candle Ring

Add glittery highlights to this autumn-colored leaf candle ring in gold, red, orange and green.

Materials:

DecoArt Products Required
Craft Twinkles

• DCT3 - Gold
• DCT5 - Christmas Red
• DCT13 - Orange
• DCT16 - Lime Green

Supplies

• 1/2" flat brush
• Water container
• Foam plate
• Silk leaf candle ring in autumn tones

Instructions:

Preparation: Remove tags from candle ring before painting.

1. Squeeze small amount of Gold Craft Twinkles onto plate. Brush thin coat of Gold onto leaf. Paint random, separate leaves so that other colors can be alternated throughout ring.
2. Repeat process with other Craft Twinkles colors. (Allow leaves to dry slightly before applying another color.)

Helpful Hint
Gently bend leaves away from ones being painting to prevent them from sticking together. It may be necessary to use clothespin or paper clip to secure leaves out of way.
