Bandana Book Covers
A new school year means new textbooks. Learn how to make a book cover that will stand out from classmates and make a huge statement. Bandana Book Covers from Heidi Borchers can be made using old fabric pieces from items you no longer need.
This no-sew project is perfect for kids and adults alike. Lay the textbook on a spread out bandana, leaving a 3" space at the bottom. Simply fold in the fabric so it matches the dimensions of the book. Once you've determined the appropriate sizing for your book cover, apply Peel & Stick Tape in the corners of the fabric. Fold according the the lines you've created by marking or folding the fabric. Continue this process until the book is covered. You can even add a pocket in the front to hold small papers.
