Why does the tutorial flash or jump? It is difficult to look at the instruction while it is doing that. However, I listened and got the understanding of the project. Hope I can find the blue bottles.

Perhaps try downloading the most current version of FlashPlayer, QuickTime, etc., to see if that helps. Also, there is a step-by-step photo tutorial of the project as well if you prefer.
