Find your favorite decorative paper and cut enough so that it wrapes around a 5" tube. Cut the inside of the tube so you can fold it in on itself and close one of the open sides. Wrap a baby wipe or paper towel into the shape of a diaper and slip it onto the closed side of the tube. On a piece of wire, add beads to spell out a message or make a pretty pattern.
