How to Make a Look of Embossing Fish Magnet
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at embossing? Learn how to make a Look of Embossing Fish Magnet from Heidi Borchers without embossing stamps, stencils or other expensive materials. This is a great craft for the sunny summer months.
Find the perfect fish pattern or create a sketch on a piece of cereal box cardboard. Outline your pattern with a thin line of Aleene's Tacky Glue. When the glue is dry, use spray paint to cover the front and back of the fish. Apply alcohol inks in the colors of your choice using a soft paint brush. Spray an acrylic sealer over the piece to finish it off and give it a glossy look. Apply Aleene's Magnetic Tacky Tape to the back of the magnet and stick it on your fridge. You'll feel like you're under the sea even when the weather is cold.
