How to Make a Mixed Media and Fabric Journal

To start, you'll need cardboard from an empty cereal box. You'll also have a chance to dip into your fabric stash and use up pieces you might have otherwise thrown away. Other materials you'll need include scrap yarn, felt and a playing card. It doesn't get more eclectic than this mixed media craft. Use your imagination and inject your personality into this project.

Maybe the microphone was just too close to the machine, because there was quite a ripping sound of the ribbon going thru the fabric. Sorry, to be so critical, maybe I've got a migrain coming on.

Your sewing machine needs oiling, it was really hard to watch with that noise knowing if you'd just oil it, it would be not be clunky and would be very quiet.
