Start with a resin shape and, using Aleene's Tacky Glue, cover it in tissue paper. This is actually a cool technique called tissue collage and it's easy enough for beginning crafters. Use a 3-D lacquer to add shine and dimension to your jewelry - no one likes a plain and boring bracelet! If you can't find a resin shape you like, use cardboard instead and create your own pieces.
