I consider this a fashionista piece. You have to have confidence to wear a piece like this because you will get a lot of stares when wearing this. I know I would not feel comfortable wearing this around the neck but perhaps as a scarf to accent a sweater. It would also be attractive as garland too.

This is a wonderful take on what we consider a scarf. I can see this as a wonderful piece to use during the months of spring and summer. I can easily see it as a piece to be worn during the fall and winter with a change of colors for the flowers to make it more appropriate. For certain it would not be for warmth but it would be a beautiful accessory piece.

This is a wonderful project to make as a scarf, or as garland for an upcoming event such as a wedding or summer party. It could also be used as trim on other projects. The flowers and leaves take little time to make, so you could work up one of these in a day. It is also a great stash buster!

What an outstanding pattern we have in this "Belle Fleur Scarf". It is so feminine, flirty, vintage, and just like a garland of flowers just picked. This project will be at the top of my list as spring is just around the corner. It is great for those of us who want instant gratification because you can work up all the flowers and leaves and have a big pile of them in front of you to admire.

What does MLS MLL mean? Thanks

@mychele99 5666965 refers to "make large leaf" and "make small leaf". When you see that in the pattern, follow the instructions listed up top to make those leaf patterns and work them into your desk. Hope that helps! -Kaylee, Editor of FaveCrafts

I love it/saved it. Belle Fleur IS the romanticscarf or could be a beautiful addition on a plain (store-bought?) winterone.

This is beautiful. I've got to really take the time to learn how to crochet. All I know how to do is a chain stitch and that's it. Thanks for sharing.
