Cascading Potato Chip Scarf

Materials:

RED HEART® “Sport”: 2 skeins 400 Grey Heather A; 1 skein 774 Light Raspberry B
Crochet Hook: 5mm [US H-8]
Yarn needle

Instructions:

With A, ch 221.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across – 220 sc.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * across – 330 hdc.
Row 3: Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * to across – 495 sts.
Row 4: Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * across to last st, hdc in last st – 742 sts.
Row 5: Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * across – 1113 sts.
Row 6: Change to B, ch 3, turn, dc in each st across.
Fasten off.
Weave in ends.

I made one of these scarves for my daughter for Christmas and put it in her stocking. She wore it to work just one day. She called me up after she got home from work, and she had at least 15 ladies from work that wanted one. She gave me a list with all the colors each one wanted. She is a great little seller for me. Thank you for sharing this pattern with all of us.
