Hi there! I was looking for more information about this hat on the Hopeful Honey website. One crocheter made the following adjustment to the pattern: "I have a very small head so used aran with 6mm hook, just added 6 rows in the body and 2 extra increasing rows on the brim." I hope that helps!

I think that means the inside of the hat should be on the outside and the outside should be on the inside facing away from you. Normally when I crochet in rounds, I crochet going to the right, with the inside on the inside of the round facing away from you. This pattern is calling for you to crochet those rounds with the inside facing you so then it would be on the outside.

I am a little confused what "you'll want to crochet rounds 18 - 21 from the inside of the hat, not the outside" means? Can anyone help? Thanks!!

You are basically just turning at the end of row 17 instead of continuing in those rounds. An easy way to do this is just to turn the hat wrong side out - and you'll be going the way needed.
