In reply to; for example, in row 2 where it says "Miss first hdc", are they reffering to the initial hdc that you normally miss when crocheting, or are they reffering to the hdc that you do after the chain 5? When I read the instructions, I would say they are referring to the hdc you made in the previous row. Anyone else?

Has anyone else had problems with this pattern I'm not sure if it is something left out or something I did but I tried this pattern about times already and the same mistake kept showing up I would like some help on this if you have noticed the same thing On the th row the last bobble ends up on the end I KNOW I was crocheting it correctly but you know sometimes when people write patterns they are either vague in some areas or they don't leave enough input or perhaps leave notes that are confusing for example in row where it says Miss first hdc are they reffering to the initial hdc that you normally miss when crocheting or are they reffering to the hdc that you do after the chain LOL Thanks in advance Oh yeah it would help too if there was a refference to the number…Read More of final stitches made on each row including and this way it would be easier to see where the mistake is Sat Nam -- Piper

I made one of these beautiful hats for my daughter and myself. I made an extra row 3 for mine so that the solid would cover my ears that place the open mesh pattern just above my ears so they wouldn't get cold. This is an excellent pattern and fits just perfect! I made ours in black to match our jackets.
