First things first, I cannot say enough about the Red Heart Shimmer yarn. I haven't seen this yarn at Michael's in at least a few years. I think it is discontinued! Now, this pattern idea with this red shimmer yarn looks similar to something I made many years ago and was selling for profit. It has a great drape and softness to it, and that was an attribute that was loved by all my buyers. I love cowls! I think I'm going to try this one for myself.

Once I figured out the foundation stitch casdt on, the rest of the cowl went quickly, and came out very lovely.

After the 38 rounds when you chain one sc three times, the scarf gets bigger and bigger. It ended up after the trim in the beginning at 35 inches like it should and then it just started growing and growing. I have torn it out three times and can't get it right. Any help out there????
