Embellishment
-
Trace the pattern onto pieces of tracing paper and arrange them around the front contrasting band. Using embroidery needle and floss, work a running stitch (or basting stitch) along pattern lines to mark the placement; carefully tear away tracing paper.
-
Unravel a strand of A, into separate plies. With yarn needle and holding 2 strands together, work stem stitch over lines marked with embroidery floss. Note: The broken line indicates that the stitching will pass under the solid line.
-
Remove any embroidery floss not covered with yarn.
- Place double cone bead inside each oval, with a bicone crystal bead on each end. Sew a briolette bead in center of each diamond between ovals.

If anyone can help me, I'm stuck on sewing the shoulder seams. I'm not sure what to do since they aren't straight, they're more of a stair step. How will the seam lay flat?

Sizes have been added, as well as an updated layout to make this pattern a little easier to read. Have you made this pattern?? How did it turn out??

I am almost done with this pattern and there is something wrong with the sleeves. They just seem to stop.

Love the pattern. Couldn't they have made one without a plunging neck line? I'm big busted and I don't like bending over and having my bazooms flopping into view.

You could crochet across where your breast would show. Or you could buy those things that hook on your bra? I have that! They work great. Linda

Me too!! I see S, M, L, XL, 1X, 2X but they do not say what the measurements are for each... Can't make a garment until I know the measurements for the sizes... I hope there is someone working on these comments to help us with this...
