- Ruler
- Cardstock: blue, lime, pink, white, yellow
- Punches: 1/4” round, small flower, leaf
- Decorative scissors: scallop edge, wavy edge

- Scissors
- Large needle or pushpin
- Pencil

Instructions:
- Trace pattern onto blue cardstock. Cut out, using scallop scissors on upper edge and regular scissors on sides and bottom.
- Punch a hole into each scallop, using a pushpin or needle.
- Cut a 3/8” wide strip from pink cardstock, using curve of pattern ½” above lower edge and wavy edge scissors. Line up scissors so that wave is at same place as opposite side of strip. Trim to create rickrack effect.
- Punch pink and white flowers, lime leaves and yellow centers from cardstock.
- Trace bottom of goblet onto yellow cardstock. Cut out, leaving a small tab. Lay onto inverted goblet, folding tab down.
- Glue pink strip 1/2” above lower edge of wrapper, using Clear Gel Tacky Glue. Glue leaves to back of flowers and centers onto front of flowers.
- Glue a pink flower onto toothpick and one onto tab on goblet. Glue white flowers to wrapper. Let dry.
- Wrap cupcake with wrapper. Glue together at back. Secure with clothespins until dry.
