Materials:

• $1 Frame
• An old Magazine
• Foam Brush
• Decoupage medium
• scissors

Instructions:

• Cut images and words from magazines.
   
• Apply some decoupage with a foam brush, add the paper and then apply another layer of decoupage medium.
   
• Let dry. If you want, you can apply another layer of decoupage.
