Gift Bag Centerpieces for any Occasion
Create the perfect centerpiece for a gift bag or bridal shower. Make any table look delightful knowing you put it together.
Gift Bag Centerpiece
Materials:

STYROFOAM Brand Products:
- 2 green or white blocks, 4"x 4"x 2
- 5-1/2" X 6-1/2" gift bag
- 6- 9" stems light peach morning glories
- 5- stems white lilacs
- 6- pale yellow mini carnations
- Pre-made curly ribbon bow
Instructions:

Glue one block of STYROFOAM to bottom of bag. Glue second block on top of first block.

Push one (1) lilac stem into center of foam about 1". Push 2 morning glory stems into foam on each side of lilac stem. Arrange remaining morning glory stems into foam at each corner of bag. Fill spaces with carnations.
- Glue curly bow to front of bag.
Bridal Shower Centerpiece
Materials:

STYROFOAM Brand Products:
- 2 green or white blocks, 8"x 4"x 2"
- 5-1/2" x 6-1/2" gift bag
- 7-1/2" x 9-1/2" gift bag
- Large mixed silk flower bush in colors to match bag
- 1-1/2" to 2" Victorian fan and cherub cut outs
- Yard #40 lace ribbon
- Yard white guimpe braid
- 2-1/2 yards 32-gauge tie wire
Instructions:

Glue one block of STYROFOAM to bottom of bag. Glue second block on top of first block.

Cut flower bush apart, leaving stems long.

Push tallest flower into center of foam, about 1". Arrange remaining flowers, keeping tallest stems near middle.

Use tie wire and lace ribbon to make a bow with two 3" loops and two 12" tails. Make second bow with same measurements using guimpe braid and tie wire. Attach guimpe bow to lace bow with wire.
- Glue Victorian cut outs along ribbon tails. Glue bow to front of bag.
Tea Time Roses
Materials:

STYROFOAM Brand Products:
- 2 green or white blocks, 8"x 4"x 2"
- 5-1/2" x 6-1/2" gift bag
- 2- 11" and 12" stems lavender snapdragons
- 9- 7"-9" stems ivory roses (2"-2-1/2")
- 6- 8" stems fuschia alstrometias
- 4- 8" stems purple mini iris
- 1/2 yards 1-1/2" ivory wired ribbon
- 2-1/2 yards 32-gauge wire
Instructions:

Glue one block of STYROFOAM to bottom of bag. Glue second block on top of first block.

Push longest snapdragon into center of foam. Push second snapdragon into foam beside the first. Push tallest rose down 1" into foam near center beside snapdragons.

Push one rose stem into each corner of bag and one at center of each side.

Fill empty spaces with alstrometias and mini iris.
- Use ivory ribbon to make two bows with 2" loops and 6" tails. Glue one bow to front and one to back.

This is such a great idea, I would have never thought to use a gift bag for a centerpiece. This couldn't have came at a better time, I am throwing a baby shower for my stepdaughter next month and I was trying to decide on decorations that would be different from the same old stuff, this will sure be a conversation piece.
