Materials:

• Cling Fishing Kiddo from Stampendous
• Marine Blue Color Fragments
• Jumbo Perfectly Clear Handle
• Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
• Blue, white card stock
• Striped pattern paper
• Copic Markers
• Orange brads

Instructions:

1. Color Kiddo and layer on blue mat.
    
2. Place pattern paper onto Blue card base.
    
3. Add 3 brads.
    
4. Place image/mat onto card base.
    
5. Add some torn paper to bottom of card (below water). Add Color Fragments as desired to torn area.
