NOTES
The diagonal stripe of the pattern is carried on the WS and the horizontal stripe is switched at the seam edge.
Colors notes:
MC = one strand of Chocolate Truffle
A = two strands of Chocolate Truffle
B = two strands of Peacock
C = one strand each of Chocolate Truffle and Peacock
There are 2 different types of color changes are employed in this project.
The vertical/diagonal stripe is created using the Intarsia method using 5 working bobbins or cut strands that are carried row to row on the WS of the work. This color combination uses 2 strands of CC and is coded as “B” in the instructions. Cut each 2 strand bobbin 80’’ long until the decrease rows begin – cut new bobbins at 40’’.
The horizontal stripe is worked by picking up color changes at the seam edge in 2 colors. The first is 2 strands of MC. In the pattern instructions this color combination is color “A”. The second horizontal stripe is worked with 1 strand of CC and one strand of MC. In the pattern instructions this color combination is color “C”.
To simplify directions these will read: k1A or k1B or k1C to give color instruction.

I am sorry to say but I think this is the hardest thing I have tried to knit. Your instructions are not very clear and yes I have been knitting for a long time. Clearification on your instructions would be very helpful. Thank you. jm

Hi there, I double checked the original pattern (on NaturallyCaron.com) and there don't seem to be any changes/corrections. Which part gave you trouble? Maybe I can help or provide more information. - Julia from FaveCrafts
