Ruffle Your Feathers Necklace

Materials:

• Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ Shimmer Fabric Paint (Shimmer Green)
• Tulip® Fabric Paintbrushes™
• Paper towels
• Feather necklace
   

Instructions:

1. Lay feather necklace out flat on a paper towel.
    
2. Brush on a coat of Shimmer Fabric Paint onto each feather. Let dry and add additional coats as desired. Let dry completely.
