those tools she is using to roll the braids are actually bias tape makers!

My mom many years ago would take old clothes or anything she could find and make braided rugs,I wish she would have had the braiding tools that are available now, her long,hard work might have went a little quicker. And whats sad is back then you were laughed at for having homemade crafty items and were considered very poor to have such things,we were very poor and I wish I had some of mama's homemade rugs they would probably be worth something! Thank you for the video,it's an old craft and I hope more people pick it up,I am as soon as I can find some of those braiding tools.

u can find them in the sewing notions isle at walmart or any craft store tht sell sewing machines n notions those things are actually wht u use to make your own bias tape ..tht will be marked on the package
