"This project uses a small shoebox (less than 12" in width) as a base to decorate to collect Valentine's Day cards in. There are numerous ways to customize this box such as using wrapping paper, punches, foam letters, stamps, die-cuts, stickers, silk flowers, sequins, twine, ribbon and so much more. The example shown in the photo uses a special foiled paper, some die-cuts from steel dies as well as from an electronic die cutting machine."

Materials List
- Shoe box - less than 12" W
- Freezer Paper
- Foiled or wrapping paper
- Adhesive
- paper trimmer or scissors
- embellishments (die- cuts, punches, letters, etc)
- craft knife
Instructions

wrap bottom of box with freezer paper - tape in place

cover lid of box with decorative wrapping or foiled paper - tape in place

Cut a slot in the middle of the box lid - large enough to fit cards in

Add embellishments - stamping, flowers, letters, etc.
