Instructions:
-
Cut two pieces of organdy to roughly 1” larger than hanger.
-
Cut Tacky sheets into strips and apply to both sides of hanger.
-
Place organdy on non-stick work surface.
-
Remove the paper backing from one side of hanger and place adhesive onto organdy.
-
Use scissors to cut organdy even with edge of hanger.
-
Place hanger on work surface organdy side down.
-
Sprinkle ½ cup lavender on organdy.
-
Remove the paper backing from remaining side of hanger and press second piece of organdy onto adhesive on hanger. Use scissors to cut organdy even with edge of hanger.
-
Cut lace design from lace fabric. Determine desired placement. (I like to hang my lace pieces over the edge of the hanger.)
-
Apply Tacky glue to back of lace wherever it touches the hanger. Let dry. Repeat on other side if desired.
-
Note: because you are using the Tacky Double Stick Sheets with the organdy, you may still feel some stickiness through the thin fabric. If you do, you can use Perfect Crafting Powder and dab it over the sticky areas.
- Tie bow to neck of hanger.
