Water And Oil Candle

"Learn how to make a water candle. A water and oil candle is a very easy candle to make because you don't need to melt wax! It's filled with water with a layer of oil on top. Then a floating wick rests on top and uses the oil for fuel. I used fairy garden decorations from Dollar Tree to make mine, but you can use plastic flowers and other objects that won't float to make yours."
