Gorgeous Felt Garland from Sweater Scraps

From the Blogger: “These felt garlands are so easy to make that they are a great Christmas craft for both kids and adults. They are made with the felted scraps of upcycled sweaters. You can use both old wool sweaters (that you felt by putting them in a hot wash) or felt scraps from other craft projects. The only other thing you will need is a darning needle and some strong jewelry thread. The garlands look great on a mantle or around the tree, I even use mine like a ribbon when gift wrapping. I warn you this is an addictive craft.”
