Post-It Note Christmas Tree

If you have a tall mirror propped against a wall, perhaps in your bedroom, use this to create your Christmas tree. Otherwise, just find a bit of blank wall space.
Take a pack of Post-It Notes, preferably the colored ones. Shades of one color make for a pleasing arrangement.
Starting with the base of the tree, create horizontal lines of Post-Its, making the width smaller and smaller as you go up the tree. The Post-Its will look better if they are not placed right next to one another and are slightly layered, randomly as they go up the tree. If you are using a mirror, let the reflective surface poke through in places throughout the tree.
Use one Post-It at the top of the tree and top with a decorative star. You can make this star out of felt, paper and/or metallic ribbon.
Once assembled, have family members or office colleagues doodle Christmas shapes or messages on the Post-Its.
