Grab a plain white t-shirt from your drawer or buy one at your local discount store. Begin your project by cutting off the sleeves and neckline. Stick some freezer paper inside the shirt to ensure that the paint does not bleed through. Cover a small roller in paint and apply it to the shirt in long strokes. Continue adding paint colors in the same way. Position stencils on the shirt and cover each one with paint.
