This was really difficult to hear and see. Even after making the screen large and turning up volume all the way. I've been skipping their videos because of this. Very frustrating.

Ladies please, Nothing wrong with this video. Heidi's voice is raspy, that's what she sounds like all the time.

i would love to see this too, but it doesn't look like the link is alive anymore anyway. as far as heidi goes, i've seen one of her video instructions before, and people were actually chatting on the side of the screen. very distracting, and not very professional to post it that way.

Would love to try this but i couldn't understand anything she said. Is there another link or website to go to so I can find out more on how to do this. My daughter would love to try this one she drinks lots of water and we never know what to do with the leftover bottles.

Hi. I loved the concept but the speaker needs to speak up and more clearly to be understood. The viewing area is very small, also but this is a fantastic idea!

This is the worst video on this whole website. Can't make out most of what she's saying; the actual video is only a tiny patch of the whole screen; stupid popups pop up right in the middle of the picture, actually covering the whole picture; Heidi Borchers stumbles through like she's never done crafts before. Greatly disappointing. Real waste of time.
