We are an on-line Crocheting Group busy all year making 'Sunshine Blankets' for the Elderly in Nursing Homes in the UK. Why not make a 6" Crocheted Square and send it to be made into beautiful 'Sunshine Blankets' which are hand-delivered to our Elderly folk? Sending a ray of Sunshine into the lives of the Elderly, bringing smiles to their faces knowing that someone has made a Square in their blanket! Every Square matters please join us.

I have lots of yarn, and I love to knit. Have tried selling my things but it didn't work. I was going to give the profit to our local food. This sounds like a great service. Can I make my own blanket, or just how does this work? And where would I send my squares? How big are the blankets, shawls, lap robes?
