Fall Coffee Filter Flower Wreath

"Make these easy coffee filter flowers, and than craft them into a Fall wreath! Use indoors, or it would be durable enough for outside in a sheltered area. I used acrylic paint to color the flowers, and once dry and the paint has had time to cure, it does give the flowers a more rigid texture which could very well endure some rainy days. Makes a good Halloween outdoor decoration as well, or tint the flowers in other colors for different seasons."
