Make Doll Hats For Any Size Dolls

"Hat making is very easy, no matter what the size. Make a band that will wrap around the head, and then everything else will fall into place. This 5 minute video shows you all the steps needed to make hats for any size dolls, (even for yourself)! I used cereal box cardboard for the base, and some polar fleece for the outside of the hats, because it is easy to stretch and mold over rounded surfaces. Using this technique, you can make new hats for your dolls, or stuffed animals."
