Cut off the legs of your jeans, but save the scraps to save later.

Using the top half of your jeans, cut a 15"X12" square. To do that, cut up the leg and through the crotch area. Then, cut around the zipper. You won't use the zipper on the design.
Be sure to include a front pocket and a back pocket, so you can use later to add a cork and screw or wine bottle opener. -
Iron on any embroidery or decals that you would like to include in your design.

Serge or zig zag the edges, and then sew the bottom and the side seams.

Put in your bottle and add a ribbon for some extra decoration.
