Christmas Tree Gift Bag

By: Amanda Saladin from Love Life Yarn
Christmas Tree Gift Bag

"Looking for something to make for that hard-to-crochet-for person? Why not try a crochet gift bag instead? I used worsted weight for my bag and this made it a nice size to hold a wide variety of gifts. If you’d like it larger or smaller I’d recommend changing the weight of your yarn and going with a different hook size (check the yarn label on your skein for a recommendation). You can use any size yarn you like – it’s great for using up your stash and some leftover odds and ends! This bag is made in the round to use the back loop only technique of tapestry crochet. After it is completed, it is seamed at the bottom. Yarn: 2 colors worsted weight yarn (weight #4) (or any yarn of choice, which will affect the finished size) Crochet Hook: US size H (5.00mm) or hook appropriate for yarn Notions: Yarn needle, scissors"
