Sophisticated Striped Coat Rack
Create a sophisticated coat rack for your entry way with bold stripes of celery and citron green. This is a great way to add color to an unexpected place or help tie decor together.

Americana Acrylics
- DAO1 - Snow (Titanium) White
- DA157 - Black Green
- DA208 - Celery Green
- DA235 - Citron Green
Plastercraft Ceramics Sealer
- DAS13 - Plastercraft Matte Spray
Americana Brushes
- DBL1000-B - Liner 0
- DBF2575-B - Flat 3/4"
Supplies
- Water container
- Palette or plastic plate
- Paper towels
- Masking or painter's tape
- Phillips screwdriver
- Don Mechanic Coat Hook Wall Plaque, Item 384991
Instructions:
1. Remove hardware from shelf.
2. Basecoat rack face with 1:1 mix of Citron Green and Titanium White. Paint edges Black Green. Let dry.
3. Mask off evenly-spaced stripes with tape.
4. Paint open stripe areas Celery Green and let dry. Remove tape carefully.
5. Use liner brush and Black Green to stripe right side of each Celery Green stripe. Let dry.
6. Mist with Plastercraft Matte Spray. Allow to dry between coats.
