Hipster Avocado Toast Cake

"Who doesn't love avocado toast and eggs? It's my favourite go to meal and I just had to make it into a giant cake. This recipe is very beginner friendly, it's so much easier than it looks. It's made with a spicy madeira sponge, buttercream frosting and fondant to create the gorgeous egg on top and bread crusts on the side. It should take 4-5 hours to complete and serves 18 people but the cakes can easily be layered higher for a bigger party."
