Super Cute Beach Hut Cookie House

"Who says cookie houses are only for Winter?? Not me! I'm getting my Summer cookie on with some freaking adorable beach huts made from sugar cookies and royal icing with a little edible paint for decoration. Alongside the huts, I made some cool edible sand from spare cookies and cute af grass from leftover fondant. It takes about 4-5 hours to complete (not including drying time on the icing) and is about a medium on the difficulty scale."
