Optional: you can save a couple of these pieces to add to the top of your plant for decoration.

  3. Remove your succulent from the plastic container it is in and going over your bowl with soil in it break up that dried up soil that the succulent is in right now.

  4. Place your succulent in your jar and see how much soil you are going to need.

  5. Pick your succulent back up out of your jar and put some of your fresh soil underneath. Then, place your succulent back on top.

  6. Using your fingers fill in the rest of the space and air pockets by smushing the soil into your jar.

Tip: try your best to avoid getting soil in his leaves. Also, try not to come up too much higher from where he was planted originally.

  7. Place your pebbles or sea glass pieces at the top if you kept some pieces for more decoration.
