DIY Garden Markers
-
Drill a hole in your cork right in the center.
Determine the size of the hole in your cork, depending on the wooden skewer you are using as your stake. You want to make sure your drill size is just slightly smaller than the size of your skewer. -
Insert your wooden skewer into your cork.
-
Paint the cork using whatever color you would like. You will just need a thin coat.
-
Let that dry for 10-15 minutes by sticking it in a glass so that it does not fall on it's side.
-
Finally, once it is all dry simply use a marker to write what plant you are pairing your marker with!
