Christmas Acorn Garland
"I love crafting with the things around me, this includes pine cones and acorns from trees in my local park. There seems to be a bumper crop of acorns this year. I managed to gather a few of them there were even too many for the squirrels. I washed them and then baked them in the oven to remove any mites. Then I painted them twice to create a Scandinavian style acorn garland to hang from my mantle this holiday season."
