Leopard Monogram Plate

Combine two style trends on this plate for a modern, colorful look with enamel plate. Serve your friends in style.
 

Materials:

• DecoArt Americana Gloss Enamels DAG65 - Dark Chocolate --- NEW!!
• DecoArt Products Americana Gloss Enamels DAG67 - Black --- NEW!!
• DecoArt Products Americana Gloss Enamels DAG276 - Razzle Berry --- NEW!!
• DecoArt Americana Brushes DBR2002-B - Round 2
• Flat brush
• Foam plate
• Letter template with letter in reverse (We printed off letter on computer Constantia font / 300 pt.)
• Masking tape
• Glass plate Anchor Hocking 86037

Instructions:

1. Tape letter pattern to center on top of plate, with printed side down.
    
2. Use Black to paint over letter shape; let dry after each coat. Remove pattern from front.
    
3. Dip end of index finger into Black to make patterns with three irregular dots (to surround edge of each leopard spot) on back side of plate rim; let dry.
    
4. Paint Dark Chocolate splotches to fill in space between and overlapping Black dots. Let dry after each coat.
    
5. Use Razzle Berry to paint over splotches and cover plate rim on back side; let dry after each coat.
