Stand Up Birthday
From the Designer: "Here is a fun way to use your word diecuts. Stand them up! You can put them in all sorts of places on their special day. Place them on the table, mantle or a bedside table. Add them to the top of a cake or cupcake! There is no end to where you can put them. This project goes together really quickly, so you can make lots and leave them around the house or office. Give someone a stand up birthday!"

Instructions
-
Die cut Happy Birthday from pale green textured and pale green smooth foiled paper. Die cut flower from pink and the leaves from dark green textured foiled paper.
-
Run adhesive across the top of the letters on Happy of the rear die cut. I used the smooth foil for the back diecut. Align the top die cut and adhere to the back.
-
Adhere the leaves to the back of the flower. Attach the flower and leaves to the H on Happy Birthday.
-
Gently pull the back and front die cuts apart to form a tent so the words will stand on their own.
-
Stand Happy Birthday on a flat surface. If it’s not straight, carefully trim off the bottoms of the flourishes till the word sits straight. Refer to the photo.
-
Place the stand-up Happy Birthday on a desk, on a cake, on a cupcake or anywhere your special birthday person might see it all day long.
NotesThis thoughtful little addition will please anyone celebrating their birthday. Try it with other word dies for different occasions!
