Gorgeous Simple 10 Minute Moroccan Tile Planters

"I was wandering around my local tile shop when I spotted some gorgeous Moroccan style tiles. The samples were only 40cents each so I bought a few. I was using them as coasters when I got the idea that they would make lovely planters. The square planters I ended up making from them only took 5 minutes to make all I needed was some super glue and a plastic soda bottle. In fact, I was so pleased with how these planters turned out I rushed back to the store to buy more tiles. You can of course just use leftover tiles from your home decor projects."

Materials List

  • Square wall tiles (Moroccan pattern)
  • Super Glue
  • 2 liter soda bottle

These are very pretty and are easy and won't cost you much at all. I have plenty of tile pieces in my storage room. Another little tip is that your big box DIY hardware stores give you free samples of their flooring. I have a stack of wood floor samples. They work for a rustic look.
