Dream Candle
Using ceramic casting molds, you can create this dreamy candle from Arnold Grummer's Paper Making Kits and Supplies. Antiquing paints add a great finish to the clay leaves.
Supplies:
- Arnold Grummer's 4 Mini Leaves Ceramic Casting Mold
- 3" x 6" Pillar candle
- White polymer clay
- Dream’ rubber stamp
- Eye pins
- Metallic paints
- Antiquing paint
- Wire
- Assorted beads
- Epoxy glue
- Needle tool
Steps:

Prepare clay according to package directions.

Use rubber stamp to create ‘Dream’ banner.

Make 8 leaves with mini mold.

Press 5 leaves onto banner.

Use needle to poke holes in banner ends and tops of leaves, bake according to package directions.

Highlight leaves and banner with metallic paints.

Apply epoxy to leaf and banner edges, dip into seed beads to coat.

Embellish candle and clay pieces with beads and wire.
- Insert eye pins through holes into candle to attach.

Wow! What a great way to give your candle that pop and a great way to give that personal touch. I have never used polymer clay to make any embellishments before but it does not look very hard. If you do not want to make your own then just buy some and add the head pins to attach them.
