Hi Janniec! This is the only version we have for this particular knit stocking pattern. If you have additional questions or issues, I suggest reaching out to the designer/company (in this case Patons)! Hope that helps, - Kaylee, Editor

I emailed favecraft about the stocking pattern and they emailed back and said we needed to place 1 stitches on the needle. They said they had clarified this in their mistakes column, but hadn't yet clarified it on the free pattern. Hope this helps!

Has anyone knitted this stocking? It's beautiful and I would like to knit it, but I do not understand the instructions. It says to cast on 6 stitches, but the chart shows 13 stitches in the first row. And the instructions aren't clear about how to get from 6 to 40 stitches. It's very confusing.

I haven't knitted in many years and am confused. Are there two charts attached to this pattern? If so, could anyone please tell me how to retrieve them. Thanks for your help. Becky
