Take the glass out of a pre-fabricated frame and place it on top of the pattern. Trace over the pattern with glue and let dry. Place foil on top of glue and push down until it sticks. Begin tearing tissue into small pieces. Brush decoupage glue onto surface of glass and stick on tissue paper to create image. Cut away excess glue and place glass back in frame.
