Sand Art Card for Dad

Make a creative card for Dad this year that uses sand art techniques. The kids will love this project from The New Image Group because they get to play in the sand. A unique Father's Day card craft that he'll treasure.

Materials:

• Craft Glue
• Plastic Cup
• Paintbrush
• Paper
• Assorted Sand

Steps:

1. Create glue mixture by adding 1/4 cup of craft glue and 1 teaspoon water into a plastic cup. Mix with paintbrush.
    
2. Using the paintbrush, apply the glue mixture onto the paper in desired design.
   TIP: We recommend applying glue by color of sand. It makes application and clean up much easier.
    
3. Sprinkle sand over glue. Shake off excess.
    
4. Repeat with other sand colors.
    
5. Let dry.
