Neat and Natural Flower Pot
If you like to fill your garden with vibrant blooms, this Neat and Natural Flower Pot from I Love to Create is the craft for you. This tutorial on how to decorate a flower pot sticks to subtle colors so that the pot does not distract from the flowers inside it. On the flip side, if you'd like your pot to match the bold colors of your plants, you can experiment with neon, glitter, or rainbow yarn. No matter what style you choose, this project won't take much time. In the case of this DIY flower craft, you don't have to sacrifice ease for elegance.

I am looking for some gardening projects that will include the grandkids. My grand daughter and youngest grandson love to play with the pots that are empty outside and the shovel and dirt and act like they are getting plants ready to sell. This will be a great project to do with them and let them create their pot and then put the plant in. I think I will use jute because it has a good tolerance in the rain. What kind of glue will hold the best? I love the way the yarn gives the pot some texture.
