    Celebrate Friendship Mini Canvas
     

    Materials:

    • Aleene’s Turbo Tacky Glue
    • Aleene’s Decoupage – Matte
    • Sponge brush
    • Mini stretched canvas
    • Paper towel (dip dyed with acrylic paint) or scrapbook paper
    • Stencils – patterns of your choice
    • Acrylic paint
    • Cosmetic wedges
    • Ribbon, paper flower, sticker sentiment, rhinestones

    Instructions:

    1. Cut paper towel slightly larger than canvas (front and sides).
       
    2. Brush Decoupage medium onto front of canvas and onto back of paper.
       
    3. Press paper onto front of canvas. Clip corners of paper to create a clean corners.
       
    4. Brush Decoupage medium onto sides of canvas. Press paper into medium wrapping cleanly around the corners, cutting away excess paper. Let dry. (You can also use hair dryer to speed up the drying process.)
       
    5. Place first stencil onto canvas. Sponge acrylic paint over stencil. Lift to reveal design. Let dry.
       
    6. Place second stencil onto canvas and repeat painting process. Lift to reveal design. Let dry.
       
    7. Cut length of ribbon to fit across front and wrap around sides of canvas. Apply Aleene’s Turbo Tacky Glue to back of ribbon and glue in place. Let dry and cut away excess ribbon ends.
       
    8. Glue flower and rhinestones in place.
       
    9. Adhere sentiment to canvas.
