Classy and Cool Etched Glass Jug

The name of this project says it all - a Start From Scratch Milk Jug required zero prep work. Grab an empty glass jug and add a handmade design to make it extra special. You can even use a die cut machine to create your own unique image. Next, use etching cream helps transfer the design onto the jug. Once this project is complete, use your jug as a vase or colorful catchall.


 

Materials:

• Glass Jug
• Etchall Glass Etching Cream
• Craft Tape
• Foam Brush
• Sizzix Die
• Sizzix Big Shot

Instructions:

1. To make the stencil, cut onto some craft tape with a Sizzix Die.
    
2. Create a frame on the jug with strips of the tape.
    
3. Apply the images inside the frame.
    
4. Apply a layer of cream. Be sure to cover the whole surface. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
    
5. Wash the cream off and then peel off the tape.
