When I click on: 10 Things to Do with Old Wine Bottles, I am taken to the favecrafts.com home page. I have tried left clicking same results. I have tried right clicking, asking it to open in a new tab as well as a new page same results. Is this web site no longer available? Thanks.

There is no mention of beadmaking with magazines. It can really make beautiful beads. I first found out about it from a gift from a friend. In other countries, women are making them to provide for their families.

Yes!! I agree! You can make the coolest paper beads. All you do is cut the paper in the shape of a long triangle.Glue the end and make sure it doesn't unwind. You can use a pencil, sewing hook or wood dowel as your tool to wind the paper around. You start at the wide end and tightly wind around the "pencil" till the pointed end comes last. After the glue has dried, then cover the bead w/h a acrylic sealer.Let dry at least 24 hrs. This is a great craft for kids!!
