- Glass jars
- Ribbons – I prefer the thick velvet type of ribbon
- Soda can tabs
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Cut ribbon to desired length. Insert one end up through tab.
- Insert end down through other opening in tab. Repeat with other end of ribbon.
- Slip over bottle neck and pull each ribbon end to snug to size.
